The Mission & Vision

Hello everyone, I’m Carmen, and this is my story.

I moved to the UK 15 years ago with the intention of learning English and starting work. Hospitality gave me an opportunity, so I stayed. Over the years, I worked my way up into analytics, revenue management, and technology, until I built my own consultancy business. Through it, I have collaborated with groups such as The Wolseley, Hakkasan, Rosa’s Thai, and The Ivy, to name just a few.

During these years, I have worked with most reservation systems, learned a great deal myself, and, I believe, also helped some of them improve. However, that deep knowledge made me realise there is a real gap in how restaurants use technology, not only in terms of performance, but also in how much that technology costs them.

That is why I have worked tirelessly to create a compact, smart, and affordable solution for restaurants: one platform that allows them to manage everything in one place, so they do not have to juggle multiple systems and can still access premium features at a very competitive price.

It is a bold move, I know. The competition is strong and, by nature, people do not always like change. Even so, I felt I had to give back everything these years have given me: my knowledge, my experience, and my dedication, in order to help as many businesses as possible.

I want to bring as many people as possible along on this journey and, together, move hospitality into the next generation.
